Just gonna start a new thread here for the pulsar with upgrades, fixes, and general progress instead of starting a new thread each time.

A quick summary of things I did previously so far:
- Detail and clean most of the interior (it was super crusty an dirty)
- Scrub mineral deposit and water spots off all the windows with steel wool
- Polish all of the paint to restore that deep shine
- Mostly complete front suspension overhaul including all new bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, and driver side CV axle
- All new brakes, new calipers, rotors, pads in front -- and drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, and hardware for the rear
- Black plastic trim restore on the bumpers
- New headlights (refer to previous thread)

Today I replaced the alternator. It was overall easy but kind of a bitch to reach since there was no good way to access it, I had to jack 'er up and go from the bottom ;)

Anyway here's the before and after:

damn dude that thing gonna be pristine when u done with it
Hopefully. I have to replace the starter solenoid bc the starter motor will turn but not engage. Not a huge job or fix but if stuff keeps breaking it may be something I can't do and cost a shit ton of moneys. But haven't hit that point yet!
